The Layered Footbed
The Footbed is made to conform to the bottom of the foot.
A knitted natural fiber associated on the bottom part with a 5mm layer of recycled cushioning self-molding material (Impressions® by Ortholite®).
OrthoLite® ImpressionsTM footbed makes an extremely comfortable first impression—and a lasting impression. Containing an highest percentage of bio-oil content,
the exclusive formulation is specifically designed to mold to the shape of the foot over time for a truly custom fit.
Tactical Benefit
We developed a derby construction with glued gusset to accommodate high instep feet and prevent debris entry, adding metal eyelet for additional strength and
nets eyelets on the medial side of the boot to enhance the breathability.
The sole is a compound of natural rubber. Its pattern is studied for the maximum grip in any conditions and terrains.

It is a 2.0 sustainable project combining natural elements with technological indestructible materials. Users have the chance of replacing the natural components damaged by wearing, as the liner, the leather/coconut footbed and the natural rubber outsole.
