THE PATENTED FUSO TECHNOLOGY
We blend all the structural elements of the shoe together.
By fusing the upper, midsole and sole together we have gained resistance, improved the fit and increased the performance of our products;

VULCANO is made in a single piece of Kevlar® fabric incorporating, in the lower part, a natural rubber sole. The Upper completely wraps the lining and all the structural elements, including the sole lugs that make up the shoe.

The EVA heel counter provide shock-absorbing and the lugs are specifically designed for maximum grip. The sole is made in collaboration with Michelin®.

FUSIBLE INTERLINING TECHNOLOGY
The Nylon fabric and the Lycra are associated, the one to the other, using the “fusible interlining technology”, a thermo-adhesive PU-net specifically designed for VULCANO.

The lining is a combination of two materials :
The stretch nylon fabric on the outside, for foot protection and the Lycra mesh on the inside, for foot comfort.
